TARIFFS INCLUDE Services of licensed professional hunter Hunting vehicle and support team Accommodation, meals, soft drinks and beer –inclusive while hunting Transfers by road between nearest commercial airport and camp Laundry services Field preparation of trophies Liquor (all alcoholic beverages) TARIFFS EXCLUDE International and domestic flights Trophy fees for animal’s shot or wounded/lost. Pre and post safari accommodation and meals Air charters Hire of rifles and ammunition The preparation, packing, documentation and export of trophies from South Africa All items of a personal nature Gratuities of professional hunter and staff Additional vehicle hire (If needed) A deposit of 50% of the daily rates is required to confirm a hunt booking with the balance payable at the end of the safari. Specie fees are paid at the end of the safari and include any wounded and lost animals as determined by your Professional Hunter. Generally a safari is a minimum 7-day and maximum 14-day unless it is a special package hunt. Should you require any other special hunting schedule we would discuss the options in advance. In the event of a safari cancellation the deposit is not refundable unless the booking termination is made three months or more prior to the stated departure date from home, then the deposit less a 10% handling fee will be refunded. Always ensure you get trip cancellation insurance as unforeseen circumstances including missing scheduled airline flights can occur! Hunting and safari travel can be dangerous, although we take all the necessary precautions we do not accept liability for any unforeseen circumstances should they occur. ALL HUNTING DONE AT OWN RISK
